Diagnostic fees may apply if the device is inspected but the repair is declined or not completed due to severe damage or lack of available parts. The customer is responsible for reporting previous repairs or liquid damage, as hidden issues may affect repair success.

We use high-quality parts sourced from trusted suppliers. Warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship only — not physical damage, liquid exposure, power surge, overheating caused by dust or neglect, or tampering after repair. Warranty time varies depending on service and will be stated at delivery. Naturally, no warranty applies if the device is opened or worked on by a third party after repair

Customers are responsible for backing up files before repair, as any service involving motherboard work, OS installation, SSD replacement or power failure may result in data loss. We are not liable for lost files, accounts, photos, or personal information stored on the device.
